Cathy Cranston

Cathy Cranston is the primary member and principal trainer of engAGE fitness, LLC. After a life long struggle with weight, an aversion to exercise, declining health and encroaching middle age, Cathy realized that if she did not make significant changes in her life, she was at risk of serious health problems or premature death.

Since that moment her life has improved exponentially. Following successful gastric bypass surgery and a 140 pound weight loss, Cathy embarked on an exercise program which has included traditional resistance training, cardiovascular activities such as cycling and running, and a variety of more agressive techniques including Russian Kettlebell training. She has competed in three sprint triathlons and continues to challenge herself to reach increased levels of fitness.

Her unique perspective enables her to relate well with her clients. She knows that it takes work and commitment to make change but she knows that you can do it. Call her – she can help.
